Alzheimer's Association to present library program

The Alzheimer's Association will present "Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body" from noon to 1 p.m. Friday at the North Platte Public Library.

It's part of the brown bag program series.

Participants will learn about research in diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, as well as recommendations for incorporating research suggestions into a plan for health aging.

The program is free and open to the public.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch. Reserve seating by calling 308-535-8036, ext. 3310.
