Hartford Courant - 3/17/2017

March 17--Police have found the body of a local man who has been missing since last week.

Kenneth Wood-Cahusac, 61, of Carry Road was found about 6 p.m. Thursday under ice along the eastern shore of the Mianus River, they said. He was in shallow water near a small, private boat dock.

Officers found his body, and the police department's dive team and an investigator from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner's office helped retrieve it, Officer Kraig Gray said. Detectives continue to investigate his death.

Wood-Cahusac, who had autism and was hard of hearing, had last been seen on the afternoon of Saturday, March 11, in the Mianus River area, Gray said.
