Kingston Public Library to feature 'A Quiet Smile' exhibit

KINGSTON - This June, the Kingston Public Library features the art work of Bonnie Forsyth in an exhibit titled "A Quiet Smile." The exhibit consists of collage and collagraph.

Forsyth, a young woman with autism, was born in Milton and has lived in Kingston since May of 1998. Her friend and local South Shore artist, Anne Lane, recognized her interest in art. Forsyth began her journey in expression through her art when Lane introduced her to Nancy Connolly, artist, teacher and collaborator in 1995.

A reception for Forsyth will be held from 1 to 3 p.m.June 9 in the library courtyard. Everyone is welcome to attend. The exhibit will be on view in the gallery and display case throughout June.
