According to the warrant, in the fall of 2013, Gentry admitted she had engaged in sexual activity with a minor who was 14 at the time. In addition, the minor was unconscious because of alcohol intoxication and prescription medication at the time.

Gentry said that it happened on multiple occasions, the warrant states. She also provided or allowed someone else to provide, the juvenile with controlled substances other than marijuana and further allowed another person to engage in sexual acts with the juvenile after the juvenile had become unconscious.

Gentry was taken to the Madison County Detention Center, where she remained Friday afternoon, according to online jail records.

Berea police arrested Lucy Smith, 28, Sandridge Road, Waco, for first-degree controlled substance trafficking (2 grams or more of methamphetamine) and delivering/manufacturing drug paraphernalia after officers noticed a vehicle with no tail lights on Forest Street Thursday night.

Officers pulled over the vehicle, which had five people in it, according to a citation. Officers asked each person individually if they had any illegal substances in the vehicle or on them, and all five said there weren't.

However, officers noticed their stories weren't matching up and gained permission to search the vehicle. They found a black bag that contained a scale, a silver spoon with residue and two baggies of a crystal rock substance weighing about 4.5 grams. Under the passenger seat, officers found a pipe used for smoking methamphetamine and inside the glove box was another pipe.

Smith told officers that the pipes and everything in the bag belonged to her, according to the citation.

Smith was taken to the MCDC, where she remained Friday afternoon, according to online jail records.

Richmond police arrested William Davis, 40, Kirksville Road, Richmond, Thursday on a Garrard County warrant that charges him with receiving stolen property (less than $10,000).

He was arrested at Peddler's Mall and was taken to the MCDC, where he remained Friday afternoon, according to online jail records.
