KSP seek three non-compliant sex offenders

Three Scott County men have been identified by state police as not complying with the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry, court records show.

Notifications of non-compliance identified the three as:

? William Clark, 44, most recently of the 1400 block of Barkley Road, Sadieville;

? Thomas Davis, 23, most recently of the 700 block of Payne Avenue, Georgetown; and

? Mason Seymour, 40, most recently of Reno Drive, Georgetown.

According to the registry, Clark had moved into the state from Ohio, where he was convicted of attempted gross sexual imposition.

Clark's victim was 14 years old.

Clark's known aliases are William Joe Clark, William J. Clark and William Clark, according to the registry. His whole name is William Joseph Clark.

Davis moved into Scott County from Illinois, where he was convicted of criminal sexual abuse-victim 13 to 17 years old.

His victim was 15 years old.

Davis' known aliases are Thomas J. Davis Jr., Thomas Davis Jr., Thomas J. Davis and T.J., according to the registry.

The registry states Seymour moved into Kentucky from Georgia, where he was convicted of statutory rape and child molesting.

The victim was 16.

According to the registry, Seymour's whole name is Mason Wayne Seymour. He has one known alias, Seymour Mason.
