BRIEF: O'Brien woman charged with battery domestic violence

April 02--O'BRIEN -- The Suwannee County Sheriff's Office charged Blake Marcella Arrendale with battery domestic violence on Tuesday.
According to the report, Arrendale, 26, and the victim had a verbal altercation over the use of a cell phone around 4 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
During the argument, the suspect is alleged to have grabbed the victim's throat with her right hand, causing a small laceration to the left side of the victim's neck, which was bleeding, the report states.
The suspect, when asked by law enforcement, said she caused the injury, according to the report.
The report states the suspect indicated that she and the victim have physical altercations on a normal basis but this was the first time law enforcement was called.
