Oklahoma City man admits to sexually abusing 13-year-old girl, murdering their newborn son

OKLAHOMA CITY - An Oklahoma City man admitted Wednesday to sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl and murdering their newborn son.

Ron Deshawn Turner, 29, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and dozens of sex crimes. He was sentenced to life in prison plus 20 additional years.

Oklahoma County prosecutors alleged Turner killed the 18-day-old victim, Prince Williams, in August to stop rumors he was the boy's father.

DNA testing confirmed Turner was the victim's father, prosecutors said. Turner admitted to smothering the victim with a pillow.
