Florence police

John M. Weaver, 51, 313 Howell St., Florence; unlawful possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Brenton E. Thompson, 25, 301 West Courtland Ave., Muscle Shoals; domestic violence second-degree burglary, domestic violence third-degree assault, and second-degree possession of marijuana.

Keith L. Kelley, 47, 2126 McBurney Drive, Florence; domestic violence strangulation/suffocation, and domestic violence third-degree.

Curtis W. Quinn, 44, 4481 Alabama 157, Florence; unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Sheffield police

Kim M. Andres, 48, 16802 Alabama 20, Waterloo; unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession of prescription drugs.

Colbert sheriff

Robin Annett Ryan, 46, 305 Rivermont Road, Florence; unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Sheffield police

Breaking and entering

A .38-caliber derringer pistol was taken from a 2005 Ford F-150 truck parked in the 1000 block of Annapolis Avenue.

A wallet, $60 and credit cards were taken from a 2013 Ford F-150 truck parked in the 3000 block of Oakwood Boulevard.

Sunglasses, a checkbook and purse were taken from a car parked in the 3000 block of 14th avenue.

Criminal mischief

A car parked in the 300 block of Eighth Street, Sheffield, was damaged.

A 2016 Ford Explorer was damaged while parked in the 600 block of North Montgomery Avenue.

Recovered property

A .44-caliber pistol and holster reported stolen were recovered at Spring Creek Boat Ramp.

A cellphone and keys reported taken were recovered in the 1000 block of Southwest 13th Avenue.

Thefts

A drill and drill bits were taken from a residence in the 100 block of Sherer Court.

Burglaries

A DVD player, assorted DVDs and a television were taken from a residence in the 1000 block of Northeast 26th Street.

Two laptop computers, a television and various pieces of jewelry were taken from a residence in the 1000 block of Northeast 29th Street.

Thefts

Three fishing rods and reels were taken from a residence on Spring Valley Road, Tuscumbia.

A box of checks, two bottles of prescription drugs, a jewelry box and various costume jewelry were taken from a residence on Second Street, Leighton.

More than $700 was taken from a residence on Bainbridge Loop, Muscle Shoals.

A 2012 Yamaha four-wheeler was taken from a residence in the 13000 block of Sixth Street, Leighton.

Makeup and two bags of assorted clothes were taken form a residence on Spring Valley Road, Tuscumbia.

Burglaries

A residence on Baptist Circle, Cherokee, was damaged; nothing was reported taken.

Criminal mischief

A porch at a residence on Softley Lane, Tuscumbia, was damaged.
