BRIEF: Albany chiropractor accused of sexual contact with 2 patients

June 27--A 63-year-old Albany chiropractor has been accused of having sexual contact with two of his female patients.

Albany police on Monday arrested Seth Kohl on two counts of misdemeanor second-degree sexual abuse.

Police alleged that Kohl touched female patients in a sexual manner on Aug. 24, 2016, and Feb. 6.

Kohl was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and faces further courtroom proceedings.

The state Education Department, which police said is responsible for Kohl's license to practice, has been informed about the allegations. The department participated in the investigation.
