Beloit man faces strangulation charges

BELOIT - A Beloit man faces charges of strangulation/suffocation and disorderly conduct following an altercation at a woman's apartment on Aug. 27.

Tyrone J. Heard faces charges of strangulation/suffocation - domestic abuse and disorderly conduct - domestic abuse, according to a criminal complaint filed in Rock County Circuit Court.

Heard reportedly went to the apartment of the woman, held his had over her mouth and nose and pushed her down during an altercation on Aug. 27.
