BRIEF: Milton man accused of sexually abusing intellectually disabled teen

Nov. 02--MILTON -- A Milton man was arrested after allegedly having sexual contact with an intellectually disabled teen, the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office said Thursday.

Lee W. Steele, 62, of Stone Church Road, was charged Wednesday with misdemeanor second-degree sexual abuse. The victim is a 17-year-old girl who knew Steele, deputies said.

An order of protection was issued for the victim against Steele, deputies said.

Steele was arraigned in Milton Town Court and will appear at a later date.
