Feb. 07--FAIRMONT -- The Grand Jury For Marion County has returned 38 indictments for the February term of court.

--James Hess, 71, of 143 Powell Road, Fairmont, was indicted on one count of first-degree sexual abuse and one count of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian

--David Barthalow, 23, of 1868 1/2 Owens Ave., Fairmont, was indicted on one count of first-degree sexual abuse and one count of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian.

--Chllenefyg Butler, 36, of 507 Walnut Ave., Fairmont, was indicted on one count of first-degree robbery, one count of assault during the commission of a felony and on count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

--Brian Hollins, 51, of 9665 Pinehurst St., Detroit, Michigan, was indicted on one count of first-degree robbery, one count of assault during the commission of a felony and on count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

--Michael Whitelock, 26, of 14 Hess Run Road, Worthington, was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

--Tyrell Mason, 29, of Rt. 1 Box 444, Farmington, was indicted one one count of embezzlement.

--Justin Starkey, 45, of 1351 Overhill Road, Fairmont, was indicted on one count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless disregard.

--Randall Stebbins, 31, of 587 Walnut St., Monongah, was indicted on one count of possession with intent to deliver and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

--Michael Toothman, 30, of 121 Mods Run Road, Rachel, was indicted on one count of receiving and transfering stolen goods.

--Dennis Evans, 30, of 105 Wheeling St., Fairmont, was indicted on one count of wanton endangerment involving a firearm, one count of felon in possession of a firearm and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

--Delonte Robinson, 26, of 810 Ridgley Ave. Apt. 2, Fairmont, was indicted on one count of grand larceny, one count of conspiracy to commit a felony, one count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless disregard and one count of receiving and transferring stolen goods.

--Cecil Woodring, 49, of 8 Freeland St., Fairmont, was indicted on eight counts of fraudulent use of an access device.

--John Strother Jr., 31, of 624 1/2 Spring St., Fairmont, was indicted one count of attempted first-degree murder and one count of felon in possession of a firearm.

--Charles Echols, 61, of 103 Weatherwax St., Fairmont, was indicted on one count of sexual assault in the second degree.

--Thomas Valentine, 19, of 303 Straight St., Grant Town, was indicted on one count of strangulation.

--Stephen Haller, 50, of 110 Sunshine Way, Fairmont, was indicted on one count of grand larceny one count of receiving or transfering stolen goods.

--Roger Lightcap, 30, of 183 Vinegar Hill Road, Fairmont, was indicted on one count of use of a minor to assist in doing sexually explicit conduct.

--Opal Caston, 36, of 47 John St., Fairmont, was indicted on one count of child neglect resulting in injury.

--Joshua Lee, 37, of 1018 Gaston Ave., Fairmont, was indicted on one count of first-degree sexual abuse and one count of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in trust.

--Thomas Fincham, 48, of 18 Wallace St, Fairmont, was indicted on one count of fleeing in a vehicle in reckless indifference to the safety of others.

--David Gideon, 59, of 215 Scott Place, Fairmont, was indicted on one count of distribution and exhibiting material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

--Shawnna Swiger, 48, of 55 McKenzie Dr., Mannington, was indicted on one count of forgery.

--Kelsey Prunty, 24, of 901 Columbia St, Fairmont, was indicted for a felony third shoplifting offense.

--Rodney Shipley, 52, of 816 Euclid St., Fairmont, was indicted on one count of failure to register as a sex offender.

--John Talkington, 31, of 168 Jordan Road, Fairmont, was indicted on one count of child neglect creating risk of injury.

--Jeffrey Dumire, 29, of 652 Monroe St, Fairmont, was indicted on one count of first-degree sexual abuse, one count of first-degree sexual assault and one count of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in trust.

--William Six, 27, of 836 Virginia Ave., Fairmont, was indicted one once count of wanton endangerment involving a firearm and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

--Joseph Campbell, 17, of 116 Hunsaker St., Fairmont, was indicted on one count of first-degree sexual abuse, one count of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or person in trust and one count of incest.

--Johnathan Billman, 31, of 27 Elk St., Phillippi, was indicted on one count of burglary.

--One person has been indicted in a sealed indictment for three counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

--Elyse Yanego, 19, of 1428 Serene Dr., Fairmont, was indicted on one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

--Carklee Sinsel, 22, of 821 Colman Ave., Fairmont, was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance, two count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

--David Gorman, 56, of 202 Panther Lick Run Road, Rivesville, was indicted on one count of third-degree sexual abuse and one count of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or person in trust.

--John Toothman, 79, of Box 36, Kingmont, was indicted on one count of first-degree sexual abuse.

--Brian Gatto, 37, of 809 Vermont Ave., Fairmont, was indicted on one count of first-degree sexual abuse, one count of first degree sexual assault and one count of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or person in trust.

--Grant Williamson, 36, of 53 Oakwood MHP, Fairmont, was indicted on 12 counts of conspiracy.

--Anthony Raddish, 35, of 302 1/2 Bellview Ave., Fairmont, was indicted on one count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless disregard and driving on a license suspended or revoked for miscellaneous reasons.
