BRIEF: Man in Murray jail for molestation charges

July 21--A Chatsworth man indicted for aggravated child molestation and aggravated sexual battery is being held at the Murray County jail.

Michael David Ash, 30, of 122 Thomas Road, was arrested by Whitfield County deputies on Wednesday and transferred to Murray County deputies.

Ash was also indicted for child molestation. According to the indictment, Ash had sexual contact with a child under the age of 16.
