Free Presentation for Parents of Picky Eaters

EPPING -Exeter Hospital and Core Physicians are offering a free presentation for parents titled "Tired of Being a Short-Order Cook? Learn how to help your Picky Eater". The presentation will be held on Tues., July 18, 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Epping Regional Health Center, 212 Calef Highway (Route 125) in Epping.

An occupational therapist and speech and language pathologist from Exeter Hospital Pediatric Rehabilitation along with Eileen Behan, RD of Core Nutrition Counseling will be presenting: strategies to improve the number of food groups in your child's diet; how to increase the number of different foods your child will eat; decrease the stress around meals; and learn different recipes to meet those goals.
