HELPING OUT Needham Parents Care seeking volunteers

Needham Parents Care Volunteers are still needed to serve as communication liaisons to the school PTCs, to help with researching and writing topics, or to perform occasional tasks such as delivering brochures to schools and institutions and attending events and activities.

The organization meets quarterly at the Public Services Administration Building, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham.

Needham Parents Care is a subset of SPAN and is made up of Needham parents of school-aged children. Initiatives through NPC include developing a library of messages focused on a range of topics including: handling transitions, conflict resolution, social media, and safety and technology. These messages will be communicated through various outlets including social media, schools, and PTC newsletters.
