Designed to give people who are shackled by a repetitive cycle of homelessness a new start in life, S.T.A.R.T. (Stabilizing to Achieve Richer Tomorrows) is a residential program which provides participants with case managers who function as mentors who accompany participants to agencies/services to help them make arrangements necessary to move to independent living. Participants are required to save up to 75% of all income received. Upon successful completion, participants can transition into the Home Sweet Home program or another housing placement program.
