Provides room and board for unaccompanied males and females above the age of 18 who are homeless and have a dual diagnosis of mental illness and drug/alcohol addiction. In collaboration with other Tarrant County homeless service agencies, program also offers participants life skills training, counseling and case management for up to two years.
