The Access Breeze is an accessible sailboat designed for use by individuals with physical disabilities or spinal cord injury. This boat carries two sailors seated side by side and facing forward. It has manual joystick steering and is made using rotomoulded construction. To prevent capsizing and promote stability, the boat has a ballasted centerboard and a concave hull shape. OPTIONS: Modular pontoon systems; equipment to move boats and keels on shore; and the Access Beginners Course, a triangular training course. DIMENSIONS: 7 feet, 9 inches long; beam, 4 feet, 4 inches; and draft, 2 feet, 6 inches. The sail area is 40 square feet and the mast is 13 feet, 9 inches unstayed. WEIGHT: 112 pounds. CAPACITY: 220 pounds for a solo sailor and 275 pounds combined weight for two sailors. COLORS: A choice of ten deck and sail flash colors, including maroon, red, orange, yellow, lime, light blue, dark blue, lilac, pink, or jade.
