Mr. Sandman Mattress Outlet owner charged with sexual abuse of a child

The owner of Montgomery's Mr. Sandman Mattress Outlet was jailed accused of sexually abusing a child.

According to jail records, David Justice Phillip, 67, was charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a child under 12. He was booked in Thursday to the Montgomery County Detention Facility where he remained Friday with a combined $60,000 bond.

Court records filed Thursday gave little information as the affidavit associated with his arrest was not yet filed.
