Two arrested, accused in child sexual abuse case

Feb. 11—Two locals are now in the Stephens County Jail after police say they are accused in a child sexual abuse case.

According to police records, Thomas Don Wilson, 45, of Duncan, is charged with child sexual abuse while Jessica Ann Bratcher, 34, of Duncan, is charged with enabling child abuse.

Affidavits obtained from the Stephens County Courthouse show the original complaint of the child sexual abuse allegations came in around noon on Feb. 4, 2021, after a teenager had described an alleged inappropriate relationship with a family member and stated their parent was allegedly aware of it.

Bratcher remains in the Stephens County Jail on a $250,000 bond. She is due back in court for a preliminary hearing conference at 9 a.m.March 17. Wilson is also in jail on a $250,000 bond and will reappear in court for a preliminary hearing conference at 9 a.m.March 17.
