State child care co-pays set at $1.25
Jacksonville Journal-Courier - 1/1/2021
Dec. 31—Parents taking part in the state's Child Care Assistance Program will pay a maximum of $1.25 in monthly co-pays through at least February.
The program provides low-income families with access to child care while the state continue to feel the impact of the pandemic.
"Our lives are full of so many unknowns right now and child care service providers and working parents know that all too well," Gov. J.B. Pritzker said.
Support for eligible families includes paying for all eligible days of child care regardless of the child's attendance.
