Insurance can cover the following health services include, immunizations, medical screenings, annual physical examinations, inpatient/outpatient hospital services, laboratory and x-rays, family planning, payment assistance for prescription drugs, and nursing facility services.

    Open to Hood County residents that meet income guidelines (equal to or less than 65% of the federal poverty income limits) and does not exceed household resources of $2,000.00 (or $3,000.00 if a relative who is aged or disabled lives with the household); Cannot be eligible for Medicaid
