Coronavirus: L.A. County reported 1,451 more cases and 12 new deaths, Sept. 21

Los Angeles County public health officials reported 1,451 more cases of the coronavirus since Tuesday, bringing the total number of cases to 3,44,076 as of Tuesday, Sept 21.

Officials reported 12 more deaths linked to the coronavirus since Tuesday for a total of 33,509 deaths since tracking began.

There were 60 fewer hospitalizations since Tuesday, bringing the total of people hospitalized with coronavirus to 573.

According to the California Department of Public Health’s vaccines dashboard, 77% of Los Angeles County is fully vaccinated with 19,744,257 doses administered.
