My year old son will be release soon from the Philadelphia Prison System.He has been there since July 2017. He has been treated guilty before proven innocent. This place is a dump on State Road. Stuff falling off walls. State Road prison dilapidated..Structure crumbling. When visiting, I feel like a prisoner. We meet is basements.. no air no ventilation. When release what are his option for employment and education to get his life back in order.
