  Open to Palo Pinto residents that meet income guidelines (equal to or less than 21% of the federal poverty income limits) and does not exceed household resources of $2,000.00 (or $3,000.00 if a relative who is aged or disabled lives with the household). Cannot be eligible for Medicaid.
