Comfort Audio celebrates 20 years anniversary
In 1994, Carljohan Lagervall and August Pansell founded Swedish company Comfort Audio. It all started as a project: develop a conference microphone for people with a hearing loss.
Even today, 20 years later, Comfort Audio is alone to offer this unique solution, and our conference microphones are amongst our most popular products. Since then, Comfort Audio has developed more innovative products, for example an advanced digital mini receiver that works just as well with hearing implants as with hearing aids.
Now Comfort Audio is leading within the hearing business with a unique digital sound processing technology that resolves distance to the sound source and disturbing background noise, thus ensuring an unbeatable sound quality.
Several subsidiaries are established in Europe and the USA; moreover, Comfort Audio’s products are also available via 30 distributors throughout the world.
Relying on 20 years of expertise, Comfort Audio continues to develop new and unique solutions for people with a hearing loss. As society is changing, being more and more communicative, we notice an increased need for hearing products enabling participation for all.
The 20 years anniversary is celebrated with several customer activities, mainly in Sweden, but also in Comfort Audio’s subsidiaries abroad.
