The BJOY Chin is a hands-free computer mouse that individuals with upper extremity disabilities or limited to no use of their hands can use to control the cursor on a computer screen. This adapted mouse is an Analogue joystick that allows users to control the cursor on the computer screen with head and chin movements. The joystick also features left and right click buttons that users can activate with the press of their chin. The functions of the BJOY Chin can be customized using the BJOY configuration software (free download).

The software allows users to: adjust the pointer's speed, sensitivity and auditory feedback; orient the device to suit the user's posture; specify which function each button will perform (i.e., left click, right click, drag-and-drop, double-click, or nothing); program the required press time to be considered as a valid press; set the drag-and-drop option as a long press on any button; and configure the joystick to move in four or eight directions. All of the configurations are saved on the device, not the computer, so users can operate the device on different computers.
