Lucasville man indicted for rape

Nov. 26--An 18 year old man from Lucasville has been indicted on charges of rape and unlawful sexual conduct of a minor. According to Scioto County Prosecutor Shane Tieman, Griffin Jakob Diaz has been charged in a two-count indictment with rape, a felony of the first degree and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a felony of the fourth degree. Diaz is set to be arraigned on the charges on December 19, at 2:30 PM.
Tieman, announced that the September term of the Scioto County Grand Jury met on November 16 and returned 24 additional Public Indictments and 2 Secret Indictments. The Defendants Indicted are charged as follows:
Sara M. Lansing, 21, Portsmouth: failure to appear.
Chandler M. Bailey, 19, Lucasville: failure to appear.
Angela L. Salsgiver, 49, Vanceburg, Ky.: failure to appear.
Carl E. Dillon Patton, JR., 23, Lucasville: failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer theft from a person in a protected class, grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Glenn E. Skaggs, 23, Portsmouth: improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana.
Debbie Harmon, 32, Portsmouth: aggravated possession of drugs illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jimbo Delano Craft, 34, West Portsmouth: aggravated trafficking in drugs.
Larry R. Cooper, 28, Otway: 2 counts of aggravated vehicular assault, having weapons while under disability, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
Joey A. Ison, 39, Latham: receiving stolen property.
Jason E. Blair, 36, McDermott: improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
Jeffrey Richard Lutz, 43, Franklin Furnace: 3 counts of receiving stolen property, possessing criminal tools, aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drugs, possessing drug abuse instruments.
Ronald Sprague, 40, Portsmouth: Domestic Violence.
Jeffrey Sowards, 54, Wheelersburg: criminal trespass,obstructing official business, having weapons while under disability.
Brandon Matthew Guisinger, 29, Portsmouth: aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs,
Eric A. Adkins, 24, Portsmouth: aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs.
Tara I. Bailey, 37, West Portsmouth: 2 counts of felonious assault, domestic violence.
Crystal Anne Lamb, 31, Sardinia: 2 counts of burglary, 2 counts of breaking and entering.
Douglas Aubrey Jones, 39, South Webster: 2 counts of burglary 2 counts of breaking and entering.
James Cook, 29, Portsmouth: 6 counts of criminal damaging or endangering, 5 counts of petty theft, 4 counts of theft.
Charles Edward Lennex, Jr., 33, Portsmouth: illegal conveyance of weapons, drugs of abuse, or intoxicating liquor onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility conspiracy, 2 counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, trafficking in heroin, 2 counts of aggravated possession of drugs, possession of heroin.
Tammy Runyon, 49, Portsmouth: illegal conveyance of weapons, drugs of abuse, or intoxicating liquor onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility conspiracy, 2 counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, trafficking in heroin, 2 counts of aggravated possession of drugs, possession of heroin.
Seth Auble, 26, Otway: obstructing official business.
Aaron L. Bradley, 36, Portsmouth: domestic violence.
