Pella man arrested for alleged sexual assault

A Pella man has been charged with one felony in connection with a sexual abuse case.

Justin Daniel Nolan, 33 of Pella, has been charged with one count of sexual abuse in the second degree, a class B felony.

The incident occurred in Pella during the latter portion of 2016, according to the Pella Police Department, and involved an alleged sex act between Nolan, an adult male and a female juvenile under the age of 12.

Nolan was located by the Des Moines Police Department investigators on May 11, 2017. He was arrested on a warrant and transported to the Marion County Jail, Knoxville. His bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety.
